I understand that a Trademark Car Wash Unlimited Wash Club Membership is a monthly, automatic recharge subscription.
I authorize Trademark Car Wash to charge my credit/debit card provided at initial sign-up every 30 days for the selected Unlimited Wash plan. The monthly charge may occasionally process a day early or a day late.
I understand this Automatic Recharge Authorization shall remain in force until I cancel my membership at least 48 hours before my monthly billing date. No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or for non-use billing cycles.
I understand Trademark Car Wash may cancel this plan at any time, and that the plan will be canceled if the recurring monthly charge is declined by the card processing system.
I understand that Trademark Car Wash reserves the right to modify or change packages and pricing without individual member notification. Package and rate changes will be posted onsite at a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
I understand that my Unlimited Wash Pass can only be used with the vehicle that is on file and may not be applied to any other vehicle.
I understand that circumstances may affect service availability, including stated holidays, equipment maintenance and upgrades, or inclement weather.
I understand that I can cancel my membership at any time without any cancellation fees.
I understand that my current membership cannot be combined with any other Trademark Car Wash discounts, promotions or coupons.
I understand that my vehicle must meet Trademark Car Wash safety guidelines, and that Trademark Car Wash reserves the right to terminate Unlimited Wash Club Memberships at any time for safety concerns or abuse.
At Unlimited Wash Club Membership sign-up, I am asked to provide my phone number and email. As such, I agree to be contacted by Trademark Car Wash for membership alerts, promotions and important updates.
I understand that Trademark Car Wash gift cards and cash are not accepted as forms of payment for Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and that a valid credit/debit card must be used for payment.
By enrolling into the Trademark Car Wash Unlimited Wash Club, I accept these terms and conditions.
